Church Camp 2027 - FAQs
Registration will start from 1 August 2026 until 31 Mar 2027 (or until all vacancies are filled; whichever is earlier).
Registrations made on and before 31 Dec 2026 will be entitled to EOI or Early Bird discounts.
Registrations from 1 Jan 2027 will not be entitled to any further discounts (although camp fees are already subsidised).

The registration system is via Fillout by Zite (fillout.com).
Information on partial submissions is available from https://www.fillout.com/help/partial-submissions.
The system automatically save respondents’ progress so they can resume later. When a respondent closes or exits a form, Fillout saves their progress so they can return later. Upon reopening, a pop-up lets them choose to resume or start over. Respondents can simply visit the same link to pick up where they left off. If the form is embedded, they can continue on the same site. They can return as often as needed until the form is submitted.
Partial submissions are not available to respondents on private browser windows, like Incognito mode on Google Chrome. They should also use the same browser and device to resume form submissions.
Designate a person to be the main contact for your family or booking group.
As all correspondence will be made with this person, he/she will need to have a valid mobile number and email address.
Each booking form can be used to register up to 10 persons.
For each booking form, the total number of single rooms, twin-sharing rooms, and triple sharing rooms will be required (please see the FAQ on rooming options for more information on this).
For each person, the following key information will be required:
Note that the Passport Expiry date should have more than 6 months validity from 16 June 2027.
If you do not currently have a passport or one that fulfills the above validity period, in the passport no. field, please enter "TO BE UPDATED" and provide the passport details before 31 Mar 2027 via email to office@mci.org.sg
For each additional camper, click on the header (in sequence) to expand the form and fill in the fields accordingly as above.
For any special requests/information (please avoid preferences but only include necessities), please enter in the "Other comments" field.
If you are an EOI registrant, you would have already received an EOI discount code. If you have not received it, please contact office@mci.org.sg. Please enter your EOI discount code into the form. If the discount code is valid, a discount will automatically be calculated and shown on the form.
Any registrant during the valid Early Bird period will automatically be accorded the Early Bird discount if applicable.
The camp fees per person (Superior Room 4D3N) are:
Single: $600
Twin Sharing: $480
Triple Sharing (Extra Bed): $470
Extra Bed (Child with Meals): $310
Child Meals only: $240
Infants: FOC
LOI discount: 10%
Early bird discount: 7%
All registrants on or before 31 Dec 2026 will be eligible for the Early Bird discount of 7%.
For registrants on or before 31 Dec 2026 with a valid EOI discount code, the EOI discount of 10% will be used instead of the Early Bird discount.
Room types are based on Superior Rooms.
The camp fees includes:
3 Nights Accommodation
4 Days of Program
2 way transportation by coach and travel insurance
3 Breakfast (D2-4), 2 Afternoon Tea-breaks (D2-3), 3 Dinners (D1-3)
During travel to Malacca and back to SG, the coach may stop over at rest points for
lunch or dinner respectively. This will be on your own expense. Please ensure you have sufficient Malaysian ringgit for this.
Please ensure that all requests are necessities rather than preferences or conveniences.
Enter the request in the "Other comments" field in the registration form.
While we endeavour to try to fulfill submitted requests, we are unable to guarantee that all submitted requests will be fulfilled. Your understanding in this will be most appreciated.

Payment should be within 1 month of your registration.
Please pay the Net Price Payable as shown in your registration form.
Please remember to include the Payment Tracking Number (that you have submitted during registration) as transaction reference number in your payment. This is to enable tracking of your payment against the bank statement.

The camp fees include basic travel insurance, but you are welcome to purchase additional coverage if you would like added protection.
