1. Safe Management of Worshippers
Before the worship service, do come early for check in and temperature taking at the registration counters. Present the confirmation of your booking to the ushers who will direct you accordingly. Our registration counters open 30 minutes before the worship service. Registration counters will close 15 minutes after service begins.
After the worship service, follow the directions of the ushers and marshals to make your way out.
2. View Map for Entry and Exit
The back gate will be closed in Phase 2 to manage flow of worshippers and minimise inter-mingling.
Limited parking lots are available in MCI.
English Traditional Service (8.15am) and English Contemporary Service (10.45am) - Sanctuary
Enter and exit MCI premises via the side gate.
Mandarin Service (9.30am) – JPG Hall, Level 3M
Enter and exit MCI premises via the main gate.
3. FAQs on Booking for On-Site Worship Services (Phase 2)
Participation in MCI’s Sunday worship services is limited to a maximum of 50 people per service in Phase 2. To adhere to the safe management guidelines issued by MCCYS, online booking is mandatory to manage the number and flow of worshippers at all weekly services.
Booking Period: Every Sunday 8.30am to Thursday 5.00pm
Please read the following FAQs before proceeding to submit your booking.
1) WHEN SHOULD I BOOK?
Booking is available from Sunday 8.30am to Thursday 5.00pm for the upcoming Sunday worship service of the week. Do book early as places are allocated on a first-come-first-served basis.
2) WILL I GET A CONFIRMATION OF MY BOOKING?
As long as places are available, you will receive an immediate confirmation upon submission. Please save the confirmation or take a screenshot of it. Show this confirmation when you check in for the service on Sunday.
3) WHAT HAPPENS WHEN ALL THE PLACES ARE FILLED BEFORE THE END OF THE BOOKING PERIOD?
You will be placed on a waitlist. We will contact you if places are available.
4) CAN I INCLUDE MY FAMILY IN MY BOOKING?
Yes. Please indicate the number, all their names and contact details of, up to max. 5, including yourself.
5) DO I INCLUDE MY CHILDREN WHO ARE IN SUNDAY SCHOOL?
No. Please use the dedicated booking form given by the Sunday School teachers. Include your children only if they are participating in the worship service with you.
6) CAN I CANCEL MY BOOKING IN THE EVENT OF UNFORSEEN CIRCUMSTANCES?
Yes. Places are limited and we want to offer it to those on the waitlist as soon as possible.

7) CAN ANYONE HELP ME TO BOOK IF I AM NOT FAMILIAR WITH ONLINE FORMS?
If you belong to a Cell Group (CG), do seek the help of your CG leader to book on your behalf. Alternatively, you may call the church office during office hours at 6765 2209 to assist you.
8) I AM NOT ABLE TO PARTICIPATE IN THE ON-SITE SERVICES FOR THE TIME BEING. WHAT CAN I DO TO STAY CONNECTED TO THE CHURCH?
We encourage you to access the audio recording of the Traditional Service which will be made available on the same day after 1:00pm.
